We see all small animals- cats, dogs, rabbits, rats, guinea pigs , ferrets, etc. We offer everything from vaccines, exams, surgeries, dental cleanings, radiology, spaying/neutering , treatments , we offer lab work on site and off for your convenience.

Amazing Vet that takes the time to talk to you!!! After a horrible experience at CityPets and being thoroughly ripped off for medication and not receiving enough of that medication from the Vet that precribed the treatment regimine (read my comments under CityPets), Dr. T was a breath of fresh air. He is knowledgeable about cats and extremely honest and easy to speak to. I have been searching for a good Vet and if you want to read the reason, just look at my CityPets blog. If you have any questions, I am happy to answer.
Not Good For Boarding After taking my dog there for boarding he came back to me a whole different dog. What exactly do they do there. Do they really take them for the walks they are supposed too. Are they really given all the comforts of home like you would think. It took me a week to get my dog back to it's comfort zone. That is my last boarding experience there.
Best Vet in Baltimore! I have been going to Light Street for 5 years now. Dr. T is amazing! You can tell he and his staff are truly committed to your pets health, are honest and very reasonably priced. I have never felt like they recommend unnecessary treatments or scam customers the way a lot of vets seem to. The staff and customers at Light Street are very nice and my dogs and I never mind going there!

You are truley our favorite Dr. in the world!! <3<3<3 I found Dr. T,19 yrs ago.He has been the Greatest Vet!Comforting,Loving and very caring.Dr.T is the only Dr.I would use for our pets!!Not only is he always there when our family needs him,He is always ready to help,His prices are also greatly appreciated as well.Our Family simply loves you Dr.T and your wonderful staff as well.We highly recommend this Dr. to you..try him you will feel the same as our family does,good luck!
A in my book I was referred to Dr. T. from the SPCA were I got my dog, that was having problems from the day I got her. Took her to Dr.T. and he took care of her right away. I've been returning to him for 10 years now. I have refered him to friends and everyone called me after their visit and told me how happy they were with the service as well as the cost. Also I always get the magazine with a reminder that my dogs all 3 of them need to be seen for one thing or another.
Highly Recomend - wonderful vet Dr. T is a wonderful vet. My husband and I have been taking our 2 dogs to him for the past 7 years. We feel lucky to have found him. We trust his medical opinion and respect his fair pricing. He genuinely cares about our animals.
BEWARE I have taken my animals to Light Street for a variety of things. I should of never gave the benefit of the doubt the first two times. After having my dog boarded there he came home a totally different dog. After a simple surgical procedure on my cat it almost cost him his life. And finally Dr.T diagnosed my dog with a pretty severe disease and after a second opinion and the right diagnosis it turned out to be an allergic reaction to flea bites. So Please reconsider taking your pet to this animal hospital.
Diabetic cat I highly recommend Dr. T. He is a superb small animal vet. He has diagnosed and treated my diabetic cat over the last two years. His manner with the animals (and they're stressed owners) is great. He gives very practical advice and his prices are very reasonable.
