We found a home we planned to purchase from this community, put in an offer, paid our $12,000 Ernest money. 48 hours later the deal fell through due to something that was completely out of our control. It took them almost a week to let us know they were even going to give us our Ernest money back less -$500 that they kept for whatever reason. Terrible workmanship. Terrible follow through to get things fixed . It has been a nightmare. They will make you close whether your house is move in ready or not.(they made me close and I had to wait 4 days after before I could move in and the last 10 months has been a complete nightmare trying to get them to fix things from my move in)!!
Make sure you get an independent inspection. We decided not to close when we saw the shoddy. They will push you to close, so beware! i wish I could give zero stars. We walked away from this money pit.
