Do not rent from this company save yourself ! They horrible and don't know what they are doing ! The owner Barbara is old will not respond to your maitencd request and will tell its. Because they ate trying to save money ! Don't put your family in danger because before you moved in they won't make any repairs and after you move in they won't make any repairs!
This staff is so horriable I would give this company rating of a -5. I would not advise anyone to rent from this company. This company has an ineffective staff that does not complete tenet request at all, let alone in a timley manner. The units are not worth what they are being rented for. The staff is never in the office and doesnt return phone calls. I contacted this company to manage my property that we were planning to put up for rent. They kept on giving us the run around. They would say we will call you back or this person will call you tomorrow. We waited for 2 wks for a phone call that never came. After calling them back two more times after that we decided to take our business else where. Best decision ever. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
