I love my sessions here. If I use the sleep light setting I notice better sleep. If I use the energy/focus one I really notice a day filled with more energy. David is wonderful. Very welcoming & caring. You need to try Light Lounge if you haven't.
Light lounge is an amazing way to receive the full benefits of red light therapy . The Class II FDA cleared red light bees are amazing! It is so relaxing and easy to access with the 24-hour access option. Choose the charter membership and save $$ while being able to stop in before or after work as often as you want! Lots of other sound and light and frequent modalities you can use there that included that compliment the red light beds !
