Terrible customer service. Purchased an expensive chandelier, some of the glass panels were VERY different from the samples we had ordered them from, and they wanted to charge us an exorbitant fee to replace them. Was able to contact the artist’s studio directly and they graciously replaced the mismatched panels for just the cost of shipping from Israel.
