I have a generator in installed by light force the director went down on November 1, 2024 a called force they charged me 150 for diagnostic and they said it needs a stepper motor. It took them until January 2025 to install the stepper motor then they said maybe I need a battery they charged $125 for the battery still, the generator is not running. I called the office. She said they will check with the technician and get back to me that was mid January 2025 now we are almost the end of February and I still haven’t heard back ... read more
Had my generator installed by light force, it went down four months ago I called light force they changed me $150 for diagnostics and say it needs a stipper motor and it’s under warranty, it took them two months to replace it, still it didn’t work so they said it needed a battery and it’s $125 and not covered by warranty still not working they said they will try to figure out what is wrong and get back to me, it has been two months now haven’t heard back and every time you call either leave a message and will get back to you... read more
