The aroma in the air was just delightful and the whole atmosphere was incredibly calming upon walking into Light and Grace Wellness Spa. I instantly felt all the tension I was carrying start to melt away. Jalisa was so pleasant and welcoming, taking the time to explain my massage and really understand my needs. This women-only spa offers such a peaceful and almost private experience. If you're looking for a truly relaxing escape, I highly recommend it!
I had my first massage ever with Jalisa, I have nothing but amazing things to say. I got a hot stone massage and from the moment I walked in I was greeted by Jalisa she explained everything and was very respectful. The spa was clean and smelt amazing! I cannot wait to go back for my next massage!
Could not recommend Jalisa more! I loved the red light sauna and how relaxed it made me and it was followed by the absolute best massage of my entire life. Jalisa explained everything before the day and thoroughly explained how the time would go on the day of, which was very appreciated. She even had some after massage treats for us which was such a cute touch.
Had a wonderful experience at Light & Grace! From the very start, very welcoming, very professional, attentive, clean and relaxing! Jalisa provided exactly what I wanted and needed, and i will for sure be returning for another service!
Please take a minute to check out @lightandgracewellnessspa_ri ! I just walked out of there on a cloud. I don’t remember the last time I felt so relaxed. I know there is a lot of cliché nonsense that bounces around about how important self-care is, but it’s so very true. Adulting is hard, and taking a minute to allow yourself to relax and let someone take care of you for a change is so valuable and necessary. I definitely felt that today and can’t wait to come back!
