I visited Dr Kaplan with Right lateral knee pain. He did an X-ray and was very rude when he discussed the results. His words were “You have no arthritis . When a person gets to your age, has a little pain they run to the Dr. Go home and take your herbs”. I was shocked to say the least. My feeling was that I wasn’t a money maker for joint replacement and wasted his time. Now, again, my pcp is referring me to an orthopedic dr. He is sure I tore up my knee.
