Just had Shawn come out yesterday and replace our opener. They did a wonderful job, and were great with any questions. He noticed some cables that were fraying, and showed me some of the issues with them, and he replaced them, too. He also showed me some other potential issues, but was never forceful with up selling or anything else. He then helped walk me through the opener, even showing us how my wife’s car didn’t need an opener because of a built in one (and he had openers on his truck, so this was only costing him money)... read more
