Although I don't live in VT but I will find every excuse to come back up here to lift. A REAL gym!!!! Hope you guys host a powerlifting competition soon. Even if you don't I'll be back up here.
This place is absolutely the BEST gym in Vermont!!!The staff is amazing!!! Has cross-fit and every machine possible that you would need to work every body part. I will definitely be back whenever I come back to VT!!!!
