Equipment is awesome, the people there aren't. I've never been so disrespected and threatened in a gym before, won't find me back there any time soon. Sad because the facility was just my style.

LiftVT is amazing! Everyone is treated like family.
I tried SO many gyms in the area and wasn't satisfied. Some were too fluorescent, some too quiet and awkward, others tight and claustrophobic, one was very judgmental (coughplanetfitnesscough), and one very cliquey. Lift is spacious, has every piece of equipment you could ever want and more, killer music selection, phone charging station, free weights, monkey bars, tires, ropes, rock climbing wall, cardio section, smoothie bar, and a truly wonderful group of members! What an awesome Gym! I was visiting Burlington VT for work, Green Mountain Nutrition & Smoothies gang Jolene and Ryan Green suggested i train there, I did and wow what a great warehouse style place to train and train hard! Great machines, stuff I don't usually see! Nice job guys and thanks for a great place to train 🏋�🏋�
