First time visit and they hit the nail on the head. Amazing place. We loved it. Shakes, mega teas, and waffles are top tier. We will become regulars. Shakes about 24g protein. Waffles about 40g protein. Loved the christian touch. Amazing couple who owns as well. I 100% recommend.
This is the BEST tea place. Esmer and Mike truly make it feel like home. The teas are exceptional and they give me energy thoughtout the day. Not to mention the donuts and the waffles are delightful!
Lift Up Nutrition Club is truly a gem! Esmer and Mike are amazing! So welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. ❤️❤️ Blackberry smash is a must try!! 😉
