This is the BEST tea place. Esmer and Mike truly make it feel like home. The teas are exceptional and they give me energy thoughtout the day. Not to mention the donuts and the waffles are delightful!

Love getting my shakes here. They offer a variety of shake flavors, teas, and protein snacks. I love their protein waffles a great breakfast treat. They also offer deliveries, it is so convenient when you are heading to work and don’t have time to stop to get breakfast. Their awesome and great customer service will have you coming again. Blessed to have met Esmer and Mike.

Lift Up Nutrition is more than just a place to get a protein drink….it’s a place that makes you feel better the moment you walk in. Esmer is an absolute joy and always welcomes you like family. She and Mike truly pour their hearts into this place. All the drinks are amazing, the protein donuts are the best, and my favorite is the Cucumber-Teeny. You always leave feeling energized, encouraged, and uplifted. Highly recommend!!!

Best nutrition club in the whole valley!!! Esmer & Mike are soooo nice. They make the best shakes & mega teas . Been going there for 4 years & I nv get tired of going. I recommend this place to everyone I know. They really make u feel welcome!
