If I could enter a negative amount of stars I would. Absolutely refuses to give me my sec deposit back. Illegally rented to me for 10 or 11 months after buying the house from my original landlord. They wanted to sell after being told that new leases would be given out to tenants so I moved with out a fight in court trying to do what was right. I have been renting from Lift for over ten years and they have been great. They go out of the way for both renters and property owners.
Poor management, Poor follow up , Poor communication skills.
I am the owner of a house that LIFT managed for me. My house was often vacant. They stalled on clean outs. I received several blight notices from the City of Centerline. Even though LIFT has a mow/plow list the City of Centerline had to mow at a cost to me of $150 each occasion. The Blight Notices landed me in court as LIFT ignored each violation. I was ghosted by management and was unable to reach Kelly and received no calls back. I now have a bench warrant for my arrest.
