If you're ready to level up your gym-going experience, LIFT Gym is the place to be. This boutique gym is specced out with everything a serious lifter needs, the owner (Jo) is a legend, and you'll get to hang out with COCO the gym dog! The space has artwork and vintage mirrors covering the walls, great music always pumping, all around immaculate vibes. Get involved!

Great well maintained equipment. Feels very private and exclusive to train here, yet the owner, Jo, is very friendly and accomodating with little coco thats the cutest. Love the playlist and art on the wall, give the overall vibes 10/10 and motivates me to work out more. Best gym so far i come across in sydney

I absolutely love training at Lift! The gym is never too busy, so waiting to use equipment is rarer than a unicorn. Joe and the team are super friendly and they’ve set the speakers to only ever play bangers! The gym is a great vibe with great facilities - highly recommend!
