For the most expensive highlights I have ever gotten I am deeply un-impressed. I need my roots touched up and was charged for a full head of highlights and then without being discussed I was toned and charged for that and charged for the conditioner the stylist used. Lets just say I have walked out of a Boston salon for way cheaper than what I paid today. For a western Ma hair salon this is just absurd. I will not be returning
