This place used time so much better. Now they have incompetent and unfriendly front desk staff who need daily reminders to do what they said they will. How many more reminders do you need to relay the message to refill medications?

Avoid this clinic at all costs, especially if you have children needing therapy services. The counselors lack in schedule availability, constantly changing their schedules, canceling last minute and delayed rescheduling. My daughter has had two therapists with her who never could get to providing full care because she could rarely see them. One therapist left the clinic and now her second therapist is leaving.

Not sure what’s going on over there but this place has gone downhill over the years (dramatically). It used to be a place of competent people who genuinely cared about your experience and truly wanted to help you get to a better space. This is now an org of people who are hostile and confrontational. From intake - to the therapists - to the supervisor “Alex” that they refer you to once you request a new therapist.
