Marissa is amazing! She provides thoughtful care that is personable and rooted in a strong understanding of a variety of psychological modalities. She handles each situation with care, empathy and compassion while also providing a path forward so that progress and growth are possible. Her warmth and kindness allows a safe space for exploring difficult topics and her willingness to validate and support without judgement allows me to get to know myself better with each session.
I have been seeing Jennifer Crisp for counseling for about 6-7 months now. I have done both in person and virtual visits. I appreciate that Jennifer is a good, attentive listener, she gives her perspective when I ask for it, and I’ve found it helpful when she gives validation to why I feel the way that I do. I would recommend her to others and have found LifeWorks very easy to schedule/work with.
Lifeworks counseling has quite literally saved my son’s life. Jennifer Crisp is an amazing counselor. I am so grateful for for how she works with my son and how she helped him through a really difficult and dark time. He is has found happiness and a love for life and family. I will be forever grateful. The staff members that run the front desk have always been professional, helpful and supportive.
Elaine is great! I’ve had several therapists in the past but it always felt like a routine, I’d say what my goals were and then my issue were just problems to be shrunk. I’ve been a patient with Elaine for roughly 3 years cause I feel like I’m talking to a professional and a friend wrapped into one, she adapts to me and the sessions changes based on my needs, not just what a textbook session is supposed to be.
My daughter has had an amazing experience with Ms. Myrna. She established a warm and trusting connection from the very beginning, helping my daughter feel comfortable right away. I have complete confidence in her care and truly value her communication and attentiveness.
