They don’t work with you. They are highly unprofessional. You ask for their help and they turn you down. I would recommend another agency . I’ve dealt with this agency for a couple years and they are not very understanding. Very disheartening after you open up and be honest with them

I agree with Danea Wilson's review. The whole experience was very impersonal, and she literally looked in a medical dictionary and listed each symptom, then asked me if it applies to me. On top of this, my employer claims they cover 6 full sessions, but I received a $75 bill because, according to my insurance and my company's confidential hotline, they're billing me incorrectly.
