Tried to go for my first appointment and it turns out they have a mandatory mask rule that you are not warned about ahead of time. I have no problems with mask rules and completely understand why some places have them but I have extreme anxiety related to masks and hyperventilate in most. They offer no medic exceptions! If I had been told in advance I could have been prepared and brought one I could stand to use. They were very uncaring about it and I was extremely upset afterwards. Horrible experience!
I have had horrible treatment at lifeway's in Caldwell Idaho, they are constantly going through counclelors, I talked to three different ones in six months and I started recording my sessions after I picked up my records. I talked to a nurse last time and in her report she quotes me as saying " I am actually a pretty important guy and a pretty big deal around here. I’ve been doing telehealth through Lifeways for a couple years now. I’ve come a long ways from where I started. Counseling has helped immensely and the staff is very kind. If I leave a message they get back to me as soon as possible.
