Tyler Paulsen and the Lifeway Homes team did a fantastic job helping us find the right home for our Texas property. Once we decided on the Deer Valley Anais, the Lifeway team helped us customize the floorplan, manage the install timeline, get utilities set up and build a skirt wall that gives the house a pier and beam look that makes the house shine.
0 out of 10, would not recommend…at all. We have been waiting on our home for 2 years and just now got moved in. Laundry list of things wrong with the home along with a list of things they promised to us to get a purchase but didn’t deliver. They now refuse to fix them or honor the agreement. Electrical is jacked, no hot water is ran to the master tub, garage wasn’t finished in the inside, garage doors Open sometimes and sometimes not, damage to the house on the outside that they half ass tried to repair, wrong color cab... read more
I dearly love the modular home I bought. The staff are fabulous, especially Tyler & Mike, the owner. Everyone is helpful & I've had no problems with equipment, quality or service. No need for service. I'm so glad to have gotten a fabulous home from great people. I highly recommend them!
This place lied to us and refused to refund deposit. In a nutshell, we picked out a house to put on lake property. When Mike came out to look at our land he made us an offer to buy another lake property he was buying that already had a home on it. He wanted our land for a vacation spot to put tiny homes on. We looked at the other property and decided we'd accept offer. That couple was selling to him and getting a house to move out of state. He was going to owe them 13,000 difference. This place completely ripped us off and never gave us our deposit. In fact, they lie saying they are praying and putting God into things then do just the opposite. To put it in a nutshell, we picked out a house to put on our lake property. Mike came out and looked at land and made us an offer to buy another property because he wanted ours for a vacation spot. I think you should be able to rate places like this with NEGATIVE stars. This is the worst place you could ever imagine to buy a home. Mike and Keith will promise you the world then take every dime you have and leave you penniless with a house that doesn't function right. A bad service department that has employees that will spend more time in their vehicles then addressing the problems. They will spin it every which way to put the blame on you for the issues so the expense will not fall on Mike Harrison. Keith will mock... read more
