Derek is one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. I hired him to come to my place and design a work out routine. He was super helpful, patient and inspiring. I felt motivated when I was working with him and trusted his judgment as the guy knows his stuff! He's also a lot of fun to work with. Highly recommend!!
