Builder was building a home next door. workers damaged a piece of my property and the owner Andy himself assured me they would return and repair damage. never saw or heard from them again.
Lifetime Structures is a top notch company. We have worked with them for over 8 years. They are always professional to work with and are never willing to cut corners for cost. I highly recommend Andy and his crew.
Purchased home May of 2020 with a year home warranty backed by the builder. Due to no interior drain tile being installed in a finished basement, we had water issues three separate times in the first year. The warranty didn't cover any of this and we were stuck with mitigation repair bills, basement repairs to get interior drain tile installed with additional sump pump.
