Henry Leon was our Field Service Representative during this service. Henry was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of his job. I'm very happy to have the service that we get from Lifetime Solutions and the professionals that work for them.
Martin is the best! He's polite, professional and considerate!
Dylan was very knowledgable on my system and provided me with the updated kind of information that is good to know about my system. As others have stated the service is a little pricy for what is done, but I was glad to learn what I did. Dylan also tuned up my system to the point that I am a little more comfortable with its operation. Overall very satisfied with the job that was done.

Had a few issues with getting it hooked up and fixed. The 3 technicians they sent out were all very nice and professional (chuck, Jim & Henry). Henry finally fixed the problem. Thank You Henry!
