The staff is always helpful and great at what they do!
Staff are always friendly and professional, and always explain what is going on. They pay close attention to how the patient is feeling, and assure that there is no pain. Before you leave, they ensure you understand the treatment plan. They also understand insurance plans and are good at advising the best way to use benefits.
Lovely office, relaxed, friendly but professional environment. ALWAYS on time. Makes going to the dentist not such a trauma as it can be for many!
I was able to be seen quickly for a new patient appt, and several treatment options were given and fully explained to me.
Feel "at home" in this office
From the moment you walk in, the office is always very clean and bright. The staff is excellent. Dr. Diane Piper and Sue engaged me so I wasn't thinking about the procedure, which I appreciate!
We had a great dental experience here, even though our 3 year old was not the most cooperative!
