However, that appointment was maybe two months ago, and my dad has called them multiple times since then to no avail. No calls back, no messages, nothing. They are terrible now. don't waste your time going here. a lot has changed in 6 years since my last visit for dentures staff is BAD also. Been having numerous problems but they sure make sure to get paid first They will fix this mark my word I have recommened this place for years to friends and family I would not take a dog there now I NEED MY NEW dentures NOW!
I will say I love the care and knowledge of Dr Martinez. However his staff is a pain and is going to destroy his business. After having an appointment for 3 months he told them to take first impressions and they refused until they sent an approval in for my insurance this was June 15. I called June 1 to make sure and reminded them to have the approval done yet I now have to wait more months to get the orders he made yesterday done. It is pooooor office management.
