One of the louvers broke & she responded immediately and had this taken care of & fixed no questions asked hence LIFETIME Shutters. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for shutters/blinds in their homes. Her installer is professional and very courteous. Definitely the best company we chose for our home.
We love the quality of the shutters we purchased and the fact they are made in Florida. Michelle was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The installation was handled perfectly and smoothly. Jean was the installer and did an excellent job. Very impressed with the whole experience.
