Lifetime Shutters was excellent! I would quickly recommend them to anyone needing window covering. Michelle (the owner) is and was Hands On with everything; initial measuring, installs, etc....unlike some other companies who sub most everything out. She was very accessible whenever I needed to call her with a question or anything! There was a small glitch which required Lifetime Shutters to make a second visit to our home to complete the install (no fault of Lifetime Shutters), but Michelle and her crew were quick to resolv... read more
The installer was excellent and very professional!
This rep spent time discussing what my options were, asked about color schemes, and provided several options. I took bids from 3 companies and Lifetime Shutters was by far the best for comparable products. In fact, I added a few items and they were still more reasonable than the other 2 companies. I would hire them again without hesitation. Michelle is super to work with!
Just a dream to deal with and am so happy with my plantation shutters!
