Had a wrought iron fence installed in the back yard. During final inspection it was determined that they forgot the spring loaded door, a few plastic end caps and a few areas to sand down and the door/hinges need adjusting. This was supposed to be done today. When I got home I found the work was not done and there was no call or communication on why or when they could do it. Update.. I was contacted and this work was done to our satisfaction.
Turned in a request for warranty work 6 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I even called twice but no call back. It is a very simple request but apparently they don't care to respond.
Still needing a LIFETIME sign on my fence. I've called about it numerous times, sent texts, told guys that were here to finish up stuff. It has been a month now? I was told having that sign was part of the warranty. Out of the 5+ trucks here over the course of my week + fence job, NOT ONE had a supply of signs YOU REQUIRE. Hmmm.
Lifetime fence did a great job, started and finished on time, everything was well organized, I'm very pleased with the result.
Lifetime Fence did a wonderful job! My husband and I were, and are, very satisfied. We recommend them.
