Great workmanship!!! My new fence is just beautiful and looks like it will last many years. Now I now the difference between poor and great work. Look around town, when you see a fence and think “wow that’s a great looking fence” you will most likely find a Lifetime Fence label on it!

We love our fence, but this company does not deliver at all on their warranty! We have called 5 times and each time they claim they will be out to make the repairs. To date we have been asking for a year for panels to be fixed from installation and no one has come out. Very disappointing for a company that claims to have a lifetime warranty on their product. We won't recommend them to anyone because they can't follow through on their word.

I think two stars is being generous. We had a fence installed <1 year ago. It's already falling apart. We weren't happy with the work when it was finished and I think we received a couple hundred dollar discount. We weren't looking for a discount. We wanted the job done correctly. The stain was not correct the first time around and had to be re-stained. It is still not the right color. The contractor who initiated the work was fired and someone filled in his place halfway through. This was never communicated to us. I've had ... read more
The build of the overall fence is very nice but the service after the fact has been pretty bad and frustrating. 5 months later and I am still dealing with delayed warranty work, miscommunication, failed inspections and inferior repairs. Today was the last straw so I am leaving my review and moving on.
