Thank you Dr. Pratt for taking the time to determine what was REALLY going on with my daughter's vision. After two bad experiences at other offices, my daughter was nervous about being seen and made to feel like she was being dishonest about her vision problems. You made her feel welcome, comfortable, and helped restore her confidence. She is exited to pick out some new snazzy glasses!
The staff was so nice and friendly, even after a mistake was made in ordering my glasses and it took a week longer for me to recieve my glasses the Dr personally called me to apologize for the delay and gave me a discount by deducting the balance due..I truly appreciated that and highly recommend Lifetime eye care.
So easy to get in and make an appointment. Very nice staff. Great service. Very happy we found them for our son. Excellent selection of glasses.
Had nothing but positive experiences with their team over the past several years!
