Poor care and aftercare. Stitches left behind during stitch removal resulting in scarring. Still had to pay full bill for the stitches they didn't remove and had to pay another Dr to fix their mess. Staff was rude and did not try to help. Now dealing with the hidden bills and fees they are sending me. Would run from this place.
They have helped and improved my life in so many ways and the staff is the best!
RecommendedThis practice was a live-saver for us! After numerous visits to another dermatology practice and being missed diagnosed each time, my primary doctor recommended we take my daughter here. Jessica immediately knew what my daughter had and Dr. Hern confirmed it. She was cleared up in a couple days. Then again my daughter developed something jut this year while away at college. Dishonest billing practices and insurance coding.

Dear Melissa, Although our billing and coding were correct, I do not blame you for your frustration. I am sorry that we had a difficult time communicating your financial responsibility. Skin checks are not preventative care nor “well visits.” They are office visits, which your insurance may assign to your annual deductible.
