This morning I had the next experience with the dental hygienist, Christian. It was the best in all my 64 yrs on this earth. It was a positive visit, building me up with the self care of my teeth —it was so refreshing to be complementer. I lost trust in this dental office I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental group, both with the dental work itself and with the way the financial side was handled. Before agreeing to the treatment, I repeatedly asked the office to make absolutely sure that my insurance had approved the work. I specifically told them that I did not want to proceed if I was going to receive an unexpected bill later. This location is very shady. I had absolutely horrible experience. They counted 10 plus cavities that I supposedly had. Mind you I don’t have dental insurance and had to pay out of pocket, I told them I m going at the speed of cash, they pushed me and pushed me to get a credit to fix all those cavities, I told them multiple times I’m not willing to do that, I ended up doing one cavity or 2 I don’t remember because it was 2 years ago, I did deep cleaning and 1 return cleaning, and they kept calling me and nagging me to schedu... read more
