after my pregnancy, i was desperately searching for a new dentist as my old one had stopped taking my insurance. precious smiles got me in very quickly for an initial exam and within the next month, I had gotten all six of my cavities filled. Katana at the front desk is extremely helpful and friendly, and Dr. Richard is very kind, calming, and efficient at what he does. I am writing this to warn other parents before taking their young children to Precious Smiles Children & Family Dentistry. In May 2026, I paid a $550 OR reservation deposit for my 4-year-old daughter. Despite cashing the check immediately, the practice held the deposit for a month before even scheduling her procedure, delaying necessary treatment while she suffered with an active tooth infection.
