Dr. Michitti and his hygienists are amazing! My daughter and I both feel comfortable having them work on us. HOWEVER, and I write this in hopes Dr. Michitti sees this, his receptionist is extremely off-putting. She is curt on the phone and in person. I went in to ask about something and she was extremely rude and was not helpful in resolving the issue at all.
