Courtney is excellent
I had new insurance and the billing dept. was very efficient at verifying it. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. I was given an opportunity for my input during the exam. I am a long time patient and have always been satisfied with everything at Lifetime Dental.
All the people at Dental Excellence are friendly and helpful. They were up to date with my insurance change so there were no issues. Courtney does a great job with the x-rays and cleaning, being sensitive to discomfort. She is helpful and engaged, making positive suggestions to improve my dental health. Dr. Wernette follows with a detailed examination of my teeth and-rays. Our family has been with Dental Excellence for many years, and keep coming back despite the now 40 minute drive to get there.
Dr Wernette was thorough, as usual, in assessing the status of a tooth I was concerned about. I walked out the door afterwards with peace of mind that all was well and that if any dental issues do occur in the future, that I am in good hands.

I had a root canal by Dr. Wernette. He and his staff are wonderful, caring, and professional. I like their up beat, positive caring environment as well as the office staff.

The staff was great and the dentist was honest, direct, and re-assuring. What we thought was an emergency was just normal growth.
The entire staff is absolutely great. Courtney was fantastic yesterday. She is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. Courtney is one of main reasons I go to Lifetime Dental.
