This is an amazing place with excellent care. They took such good care of our mother when she was sick and made us feel so welcome when we stayed with her.
Very upsetting experience. Their website states visitation is unlimited, but once there, all visitors were asked to leave at 9pm except for two people, forcing us to choose between family members. My husband was denied the right to have those closest to him (6 people) to comfort him on the night he passed. I've never seen a hospice center run like this. As the primary caregiver for my Dad from 2010 until his death in December 2016, I had the opportunity to secure hospice services for him. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, extremely compassionate and dedicated to the mission of hospice. I think very highly of Lifetime Care and thank them for the care and guidance they provided in our time of need.
My Mother received care at the Hidebrandt for 6 days in March of 2017. The care for her, and the whole family was beyond measure. The staff, from the nurses, aides, doctors, social workers, chaplains, and everyone else, was loving and kind. I will be forever grateful.
Each time Beth ( my professional) came to the house, she seemed to have brought a ray of sunshine in her pocket! Recovery would be hell without this organization!
The best place to work because of all the truly caring people!!
