Disappointed in Auburn NY My mother in law required home care services in order to be able to be discharged from the nursing home/rehab. the nurse was ordering it for 3 times a week, couldnt get an aide at all the first week she was home, the second week she was home aide showed up once and was a no show and we were never called, this has happened several times. health aid i was injured with a broken spine, and needed a home health aid. They were supposed to help clean up a little and help me with my bandages and cleaning wounds etc. The aid taught my wife how to do the dressing bandage and for the rest of the week she was there she sat and watched soap operas in our home! I needed someone to help me get back to health and we were so dissapointed with the health aid we ended up cancelling service with them all together.
