I don't know what happened but as a caregiver to my mother, it's beyond frustrating the lack of communication this company has with clients and their families. A nurse that didn't communicate she was coming came to my house with an attitude because my mom was not here when she did. I spoke to her supervisor who didn’t even apologize and kept referring to the type of insurance my mom had rather than the issue of her employee. I will be canceling services with Lifetime soon. I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about this hospice home. From the moment my husband and I arrived I was welcomed and Marty was cared for with dignity, respect, compassion and top notch care. Brooke’s words to me “we’ve got him now, all you have to do is love him” lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and I was able to spend his final days as his wife and not his caregiver. Everyone was wonderful. I hope you never need this service but highly recommend it if you do. Many thanks to everyone at Lifetime Care.
They did a tremendous job taking care of my mother-in-law in her last days. Whenever we had a question or a concern, they were always there.
I like is such a home like atmosphere the staff are so nice and sweet and compassionate and understanding
