Repair and warranty work "service" is criminally bad. Recall on my lights has taken 6 months and counting. Spa has been drained 6 times, and on four of these occasions no work was done. The other two made matters worse. Spa now leaks and "service" dept says it will be several weeks before they can come out to assess the damage they did last time. I also have been asked to pay almost over \$400 in trip charges for covered warranty repairs and corrections of the damage inflicted by untrained "repair" personnel. This on top of ... read more
Very knowledgeable dealer. Not cheap, but good. They always answer my questions and provide warranty service promptly. Would buy from again.
Uncomfortable shopping experience. Pricing not displayed on products. When I asked for numbers including trade-in on my old Cal Spa the price was really high and kept changing as we talked. Too much like a used car saleman for me. I decided to call and shop some other places including another Hot Springs dealer and they all gave me a better price even without a trade. Its a big ticket item so its worth shopping around.
I just want to let anyone in the market for a spa know to go here first! They did not push me into something that I didnt want, they listened to my needs and desires. One important point Id like to make is they did not bash the other spa companies out there, they only explained the differences. My salesperson was Erin, and she has been there for me every step of the way, even coming to my house just to reassure me on my deck supporting the spa. HotSprings, Lifestyles and the Novi Staff are a class act!
We spent several months researching the different hot tubs available. We found Lifestyles Novi very helpful in getting the information that we needed to make our final decision. We bought a Hot Spring Spa (Grandee) and use it many times a week. It has surpassed our expectations for energy efficiency and low maintenance.
