I came in with my partner a little before closing and we both managed to get our services done, we gave our thanks before leaving and it wasn’t long after we realized we did not like how it came out, at all. When I walked in I was asked what I wanted to do. I told them I want bright blue hair. They asked for my budget. I told them $200-$300 maybe $400. I even told them to cut my hair to keep the price down. I had black medium to long hair and its thick. By the time she was almost done bleaching it, the manager went to the side talked to her and they came back to me asking me not to freak out. That my tab had ran up to about $900+.
