I am so incredibly thankful that I found this place!! I was having a hard time working out with my busy schedule and also had a hard time finding babysitting for my 4 year old. It was exciting for me to find a place to Come work out and I could also bring my son. Love the atmosphere! Aerial is a great coach who always pushes everyone to do their best and keeps us motivated to do more. Definitely recommend, especially if you’re looking for a more personalized experience!

I highly recommend this fitness center to anyone, no matter what fitness level you are at. Aerial is an awesome coach and will meet you where you are. She cares about each person individually. I have really enjoyed the group workout classes. They help motivate me and push me to keep moving.

I love this place! Lifestyles By Choice is a great space to work out, whether it's one on one or a group training session. There's something for everyone, and Aerial is such a great coach! She challenges you with every workout to push yourself, but still makes the workouts fun. I highly recommend this place if you're new to working out or just want to try something new!
