We originally planned to store our belongings here for just a couple of months, but due to unforeseen circumstances we’ve ended up using this facility much longer, and we’ve been extremely happy with our experience. I was kicked out halfway through the month for hardly anything, mostly judging me by my looks,(Tom). Grand forks nd location. If I'm not wanted there that's fine but don't say your gonna pro rate my refund and never do it. Don't be a Trump. Have good character. Like me
The storage itself is decent. However, even after sending multiple emails and phone calls, they will not cancel your storage plan and will continue to charge your account

Reasonable guy with reasonable prices he's more focused on running a business as a personal business owner as opposed to running it like a corporation with harsh fees, rules, and conditions. Nothing shady, hidden, or odd about this business whatsoever and is ALWAYS willing to work with you. Just be a reasonable tenant.
