RecommendedHarry truly cares about helping you! He personalizes the program for each individual. I have been working out for 4 weeks and feel like a new person.
I have been overweight most of my life and I would start a fitness program and quit with in the first 30 days because I was bored and not seeing results. With Harry he is by my side pushing me to my limits and supporting me to do my best. He changes up the workout routine so I do not loose the motivation to show up again. I have seen myself improve my fitness level in one month and have gone down a pants size!!
A positive environment where you can enjoy a fun and challenging workout in which you can be yourself with a motivating leader who can make you laugh so hard you forget how many reps you've done. Great place to get started on a routine fitness program. Do or do not, there is no try.
I have been training with Harry for about 2 months now. What impressed me the most was how invested he becomes in his clients! He doesn’t want to know the crappy goal of wanting to lose X amount of pounds, or “I want to be healthier”! He wants to know the WHY behind it and just what it looks like to you! Harry is an absolutely amazing coach! I’m just the few short months I have made so much more progress that I ever did in the 3 years of trying to workout by myself. He pushes you in the way that is best for you and wants nothing but to see you succeed in the goals you set for yourself. By far the best coach I have ever had in any athletic setting and I am so thankful that I have been able to train with him and can’t wait to see the changes my body will make the further we go! I definitely recommend him!
