I’ve grown a passion for working out & getting healthy. It’s a great, welcoming atmosphere. You never have a dull moment & Harry has so much knowledge on nutrition! Beats any gym & trainer I have ever been to. Not to mention reasonably priced! 5 out of 5 stars!

I needed to gain control over my weight and health again! I literally had resigned to the fact that I was “obese.” But the opportunity came up, a 6 week cross fit challenge, and I said why not. This gym gave me the tools I needed to earn my life back, Harry insured that we had the coaching to get through the hard stuff, and the program is good, you get a good workout! the vibe is simple and everybody is all cool. Music is up for debate. I’m a particular guy, this gym actually made that not a problem. I say give it a try!!
Loving the 6 week Challenge. Mid-way and Harry bumped it up a notch tonight....still making though!! I would highly encourage this to anyone wanting to get back in shape and shed a few pounds.
Harry is AMAZING! Not only is he a great trainer he makes you feel welcome and confident.
