Dr. Fuzy gave me a full analysis of how to improve my vegetarian diet and meet my goal of increasing my overall strength. Best of all, he got me excited about eating better. I had no idea how much protein I should be eating, and for sure Google had it wrong. Dr. Fuzy, is personable, frank, answered all my questions, and extremely knowledgeable. Talking to a person beats the internet when it comes to my health, and adding a few visits with a registered dietician made all the difference.

As a Human Resources Manager I am always looking for ways to help my employees. I thought of hiring a nutritionist to come in and speak to us. So I searched the web for someone. I found Chris Fuzy. I went to Chris at Lifestyle Nutrition , because I needed some consultation before my bariatric surgery since I am obese. I've been to other diet programs for nutrition but this program was so much different, than all the others I've been to. I had "NO IDEA", that I would lose 18 pounds in 2 months without being hungry and I have more energy. My son is 16 yo and in a program to become a professional tennis player and his coach recommended a Sports Nutritionist Christopher Fuzy.
