I had the pleasure of working with Lucy Certain and Keya-Resh Alizadeh to sell my restaurant, and honestly, they made it happen in less than 2 months! Lucy was super patient and always motivating me through the process. Keya handled everything with the landlord. He was extremely professional and patient, and took care of all the complicated parts. It was a really tough transaction, but they made it so much easier than I ever expected. We’re so happy with how everything turned out, and I recommend them 100%
Unfortunately I have had one of the worst experience with realtor Agustin Coll from this office. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy. He lied about everything to get a quick commission and resulted in me having to start the eviction process within a month and half after renting. He won’t pick up his phone, has blocked his client and myself after everything came to light. Won’t take accountability for absolutely nothing. He blindsided his clients and my realtor.
