I toggled back and forth about leaving this review because I’m not the person to leave negative reviews but this has to be shared. Working with Jennifer was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had selling a home and this was my 4th home. We initially signed our agreement with her in Nov 26 and I was hesitant to renew with her but it expired; however, my husband and I made the decision to renew. Shame on us. I appreciate Shantelle's professionalism. She was very helpful, kind, communicative and patient in answering all my questions. She took her time, did not pressure me into anything, and was honest. I would highly recommend working with her.
