Try getting your punch list completed after you close on your new home and transfer your money. We closed on July 29 2015 and it is still not completed. Several e-mails, a few phone calls and several inquires to the on sight construction manager as well as the owners and nothing is happening . They do not handle changes from the standard construction models well at all --communication within there ranks is terrible. Delivering a home on time does not happen . Serious problems with the Builder following through with promises. Great place to live. Lousy performance by the builder. Very Sad
