I found them to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and was impressed by their focus on one level, turn key living-which is exactly what she needed. While I did see they had some negative reviews, they were transparent and shared they had been impacted by staffing issues and lack of access to materials in the past two years. This builder is deceptive. I have had a miserable building experience with him and its not over yet. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find another builder, another development, another subdivision. Easily the worst small businessman I have ever crossed paths with in my 45 year career. He really should not be allowed to operate as a builder building something as important as a home.

My wife and I purchased a house at Pinnacle at Arabella about a year and a half ago. Although we like the layout of the house, the panoramic mountain views and the location near Biltmore Park and the NC Arboretum, our experience with the builder, Bruce Alexander, has been horrible. I didn't work with the company but had an experience with one of the managers there Jason Surrett. He came to my house to do some work for me. He did very subpar work on a railing replacement on my deck and worse, he did an interior paint job that was horrible. I could have done a much better job on my own. He promised to come back and fix it and even made off with a brand new paint roller that belong to me. Needless to say he never showed up and never even answered any emails or texts. Home is 7.5 months overdue from original expected completion date and is still months away from completion because workers are never on site when promised.

Awful experience. Once they got paid we were old news. We were in The Wildes at Chunns Cove & it was excruciating to deal with his people as no one had the authority to fix anything and it was like "pulling teeth" to get them to do something. I am giving him one star even though he deserves a minus one!

We have had a terrible and quite heartbreaking experience with these people. We live in The Vistas of Westfield in Candler. We discovered water entering the home near the foundation shortly after moving into our brand new home last June. Mold collected around the baseboards. After numerous attempts by various employees of Bruce Alexander to put a bandaid on the problem, the particular area of the home flooded with water and mud and the carpet had to be partially removed from the bedroom.
