If you are considering LifeStyle as your builder in the Plain City area I would definitely reconsider. overpriced would love to have a nice home these Builders build homes overpriced and they don't build them that good I'll probably never be able to afford one and I'll probably never be able to afford one who wants a high payment I don't
I've worked with Lifestyle since I started as a Loan Officer Assistant at the Bank of Utah for Barb Roberts. The borrowers that have built with Lifestyle loved their homes. The best part of working with Lifestyle is how friendly their staff is. A helpful staff can make or break the building process. Update: Since moving in 11 months ago we have finished our own floors and found several electrical fixtures with the ground not connected. We also fixed the paint and have had to fight all warranty claims. Still not happy. If I could give 0 I would. LifeStyles poured our foundation 1 foot too small in the kitchen and tried to hide it. They messed up on everything from lights to paint. Their electrician left junction boxes open in our attic, unfinished plugs behind cabinets and mirrors... and so much more.
