The start of our experience with Lifestyle was with Matthew our salesman. A pleasure to deal with and easy to talk to. He did not rush us, explained everything and seemed very knowledgeable about the product and the company. The administration staff that looked after our order including booking of installation for our patio doors and payments were very efficient . LIFESTYLE Home Products is the best Company I've ever dealt with, starting from Ashley setting up an appointment and our Salesman Justine and the two installers Glen and Jason. I love the windows and new door. They were so organized and worked great together. They were so respectful to me as I'm 80 and wear hearing aids. Waiting now for over a week for someone to get back to me. Tub surround they installed in my second floor bathroom has leaked to my main floor bathroom and now to the basement laundry room. I call the 1800 number and have to leave voice messages. The first time they asked me to fill out an online service. Did that and still no one here to check out what is wrong.
I always said when I was ready to replace my windows I would contact Lifestyle. Why? Because they are a locally owned business that has been around for over 30 years with a great reputation. I was finally financially able to replace my windows. They did not disappoint. The job was top notch. The windows look beautiful. The two gentlemen were on time, very professional, cleaned up both inside and outside. Anna, my contact person was a star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. This project was seamless due to her help and guidance.
I cannot express what a fantastic job Lifestyle members did with the installation of my front door They were super professional and extremely clean. No mess was left behind.
