LC the only place to make sure that your drive is never plowed. Two storms now and we still listen to the excuses they give about how they are working with EMI but yet nothing has been done about plowing the streets. Yet they'll keep taking the HOA money or raising the rent just to line their pockets. You call to the front and they just push you to the side because if you aren't a sale you're a problem.
When the trash company misses your trash the lifestyle community charges you and extra fee because the area isn’t clean!! How am I getting charges for something they didn’t even provide for me .
I went to a beautiful baby boyshower there today. The clubhouse facility is very nice! Clean and very accommodating for any type of gathering.
I have lived here for nearly 10 years and have been very happy here. Just in the past couple years, however, there are a few things worth mentioning. There are street lights across the complex that have been out for months and "0" security! In a day and age where you are caught on camera everywhere you go, not at the LC! One of the most expensive apartment complexes in Central Ohio and across the country! My car has been broken into twice......in one week!
