Recently attended a graduation party at the "Baylor Place" complex. The facilities were nice and clean, EXCEPT for the swimming pool. This pool was so murky and cloudy that I would not even let my dog in it. I have seen backyard ponds cleaner than the pool. The residents of this complex deserve better, cleaner, and more usable pool than this. YUCK !!! The party was a week after Memorial Day. So it was not even ready for the holiday. The residents deserve better.
LC the only place to make sure that your drive is never plowed. Two storms now and we still listen to the excuses they give about how they are working with EMI but yet nothing has been done about plowing the streets. Yet they'll keep taking the HOA money or raising the rent just to line their pockets. You call to the front and they just push you to the side because if you aren't a sale you're a problem.
When the trash company misses your trash the lifestyle community charges you and extra fee because the area isn’t clean!! How am I getting charges for something they didn’t even provide for me .
I went to a beautiful baby boyshower there today. The clubhouse facility is very nice! Clean and very accommodating for any type of gathering.
